Taking Care of You: Preparing for Your Stay
Check-in Process:
During our current renovation we ask that our guests please check-in with our Front Desk team before unloading your vehicle. Most of our guests will be staying in our A tower and the rear entrance will be a simpler way for guests to go in order to reach their rooms. Remember Left when you pull in to register, and right to park and unload!
Lobby/Restaurant:
Our lobby is currently undergoing its full renovation! In the meantime, our bar will be available just to the left of the front desk, and we will have our dinner options available in a temporary area just across from there. Our dinner hours will remain 4pm-10pm, and the bar will be open 4pm-11pm. Breakfast will be available in our Ash/Birch room on the 1st floor.
Fitness/Pool:
We have relocated our fitness area to the 10th floor temporarily. We will be completing this area soon and look forward to our guests being able to enjoy our new design!

Housekeeping
Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us. Housekeepers are on staff to ensure that your room receives daily service. Housekeepers have been trained to tidy beds and remove trash and used towels for our guests staying more than one night. If you require a more detailed cleaning, please let our guest service agents know, and we are more than happy to provide a full cleaning.
