Change in 2023 Annual Meeting Date

With the cancellation of the 2021 Annual meeting in Columbus due to Covid, there resulted in some confusion over the new dates for 2023. It turns out the annual meeting will start Wednesday evening the 17th, with a tour of the Age of Steam Roundhouse on Thursday the 18th, concluding with the traditional Banquet Saturday evening the 20th, and likely some layout tours on the 21st as people head home.
This is also the weekend AFTER Mother's Day weekend, which should help to reduce scheduling conflicts.
